Shipping Policies

All pieces will be shipped with tracking, unless the client has previously requested otherwise. This means you will receive a tracking number for your package and may be required a signature upon it’s arrival.

Estimated times of arrival vary depending on several factors: your location, customs’ processing, post office delays, etc.

Please pay attention to any custom & import fees you might have to pay.

Keep in mind that once the package is out of my hands, I am no longer responsible for the speediness of the process.

I always do my best to ensure your creations is safely packed and ready to withstand it’s journey. However, if it arrives damaged, you should immediately open a claim with your post office and document the occurrence with detailed pictures. You can also contact me about it.

In the unlikely event that your package ever gets lost, you should also file a claim with your post office and provide them with the tracking number of your order.

I am not to be held accountable for lost packages or mishandling errors by the post office services.

Every creation will always be sent out properly protected and secured to avoid any harm. I often recycle boxes and other packaging items that I am given by friends and family to reduce on the waste as much as possible. Don’t be surprised if your order comes in a reused box!

If you can, do your part and recycle each item accordingly. Be nice to our planet!
